American Center for Democracy Internship Program

Thank you for your interest in interning at ACD.

We accept applications from graduate and undergraduate students from a wide variety of backgrounds. Internships may be arranged for academic credit.

Preference may be given to students familiar with economics or constitutional law, or to those with previous experience in a national security-related field. Students with high-level Arabic, Persian, Russian or Chinese should note these skills when submitting an application.

ACD internships combine research and analytical assignments with some administrative tasks. As internships may include an in-office component, ACD particularly encourages submissions from New York-based students.
